Hi unable ot create azure webapp in practice lab1 of azure 204 course.

OK, that’s not supposed to happen. I tried the same in West US, and also got your error. Let me inform the lab team, and they’ll figure out how to get this lab working. Sometimes just changing the region used fixes this.
