Not able to complete Devopps -Day 1 lab due to workspace issue

I am trying to setup password for the user id “banner” but I am unable to determine or type the password. We are following details of all users and servers as reference shown below please help us to get fixed. Day 1, Lab Exercise 1 in Udemy_Kodekloud: Linux User Setup with Non Interactive Shell

You need to SSH into the required APP Server with ssh @USER@HOST_NAME from the credentials provided on this page.

Once you are logged in:
sudo useradd <USER> -0s /sbin/nologin
