Not able to attached inline policy

I am not able to create inline policy and attaché to iam role for lambda trigger

even EventBridge also i am not able to create.
is this really happen with playground, i am very upset. I have refer kodekloud in my friend cercle. but now i am thinking why i suggest, and also your support service is very poor. Team is not responding properly.

For EventBridge, it is listed as an allowed service in the Playground with basic support. I also verified it by creating a scheduled EventBridge rule to trigger a Lambda function, and it worked successfully.
