Not able to access KodeLoud Lab, purchased the course from Udemy

Hi, I purchased this coursed from Udemy and got the couple code in bill receipt. However, when I’m trying to ‘enroll in this course’ option use the couple code. So that I can access the lab, its saying “Coupon doesn’t exist”… I re-ordered and got another coupon code… same story is repeating.
