No option for taking certification step

I cleared all the 4 levels of kubernetes took certification test for level 1 but I am not getting any option to take step for level 2,3 and 4.
please help, attaching image as below

I am also experiencing the same on the Git track, I have achieved all 4 levels but only was provided a certification exam for Level 1. Not sure if this is intended.

Not all course levels have their own final test.
