In exam, do we get a question to deploy Nginx ingress controller or nginx gateway ?

We can not discuss the specifics of Exam questions here. However, you can be rest assured that if you are asked to install anything specific the URL for that would be provided in the question.

For GatewayAPI, the official docs for that are now in the allowed resources list of CKA.
