Based on your goals:
The SAA course focuses on explaining many AWS services and gives you a good overview of how they work.
The SysOps course is more hands-on and focuses more on practical tasks, especially using services like CloudFormation and Elastic Beanstalk for deployment.
If you want to learn AWS with a focus on deployment and networking, SysOps is a better choice.
But if you’re more interested in getting a broad understanding of AWS services to design good solutions, then SAA would be a good fit.
