Need help - CKAD

Folks, need some help regarding support from Linux Foundation. During my exam registration I accidentally selected CKA instead of CKAD. I am trying to reach Linux Foundation by opening JIRA tickets with the support team. It has been more than 3 days and no response. I wanted to request a refund or get it switched to CKAD.

Can Someone please help if there is any other way to reach support.

Thank you. It has been more than 5 days and no one even acknowledged the tickets.
Sad to see this kind of support from Linux Foundation. I wanted to take the exam before Sep 28th and I am stuck.
