My Subscription Has Been Cancelled!

Hello, I have been a KodeKloud STANDARD member for a long time. I just made a new payment from my account and my rights are shown until December 14, but when I want to access CKAD content, I get a warning that I need to upgrade my current plan. I have accessed CKA and CKAD many times before, but I can’t understand why I get such a warning. I have never played with the option to cancel or change the payment method.
