For me it turned out to be corporate proxy which was blocking “player.vimeo.com”. It’s working fine in personal laptop for me.
If you can provide steps to disable the corporate proxy then it would be more helpful.
I still have this issue too. I am using my home internet connection and there are no proxy.
Any ideas how I can solve it?

Yes, It is my personal Laptop (MacOSX 14.4.1 (23E224)). If I go to https://vimeo.com/ I can see vimeo website and I can even login to my account which I created in 2006 and watch some videos.
Issue is solved now. I can watch DevOps Pre-Requisite Course | KodeKloud again. I did not do anything.
