Module Quizes not working

I’ve noticed that the quizzes in the modules are not working, regardless of the topic (as I have tried several). Upon opening the developer options, I see that I am getting a 504 Gateway Timeout error.

Could you please include the link to a page where this actually happens; I’ll check it out when I get that.

All quizzes related to the AI-102: Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer Associate show the same result, both new ones that I have not taken and those I have already completed. I keep encountering a blank page and a 504 error shown in the developer tools.

I tried the first quiz in the course and did not encounter any problem. Once again – always include a link to page that shows your problem, to make sure that I didn’t just chose “the wrong quiz”.

My guess here is that you’re running an extension in your browser that interferes with the page, or that there’s potentially a corrupt cookie that’s causing the problem. To eliminate these possibilities, could you please:

  • Try logging out and logging back in to see if you can now get at the quizzes.
  • Use an “incognito” type window to see if this helps.

Interesting, I’ve tried both logging out and logging back in and via the incognito mode and still encountering the same issue.

Again – without a link to a lab, there’s almost nothing else I can try to test this. Is it the lab? Is it your system? Is it the network you’re using to access the lab? Can’t tell any of this without more data.
