I think your screenshot shows the content from /root/code/README.md.Whereas the task deals with a fraud-detection project, and the validator is looking at that README in /root/code/fraud-detection/README.md

The markdown in the Readme.md is correctly described. Though program is erroring that markdown is incorrectly formatted.

Could you please share the screenshot of the updated README.md?

Your earlier screenshot shows README from the root of the ./code and not the one from ./code/fraud-detection.

I tried this lab and it worked fine at my end.
