I fixed the failed side-car container after correcting the image tag and got it running.why I’m getting an error that I failed to finish the task as the pods aren’t running as per the platform?

Not sure what your problem was; I’d need to see your YAML, I think. The questoin is a little odd because question mentions a “sidecar”, but it’s an old version of K8s – v1.27 – which does not support initContainers as sidecars, since it’s too old for that. The grader appears to want the sidecar as a regular container, which is consistent with that version of K8s. Was that your issue, or was it something else?
The question was to fix a the sidecar container as I was required to know the error then fix it to make it run which is what I did by fixing the tag of its image but the grader failed me the first time.
