I am planning to deploy docker stack using Swarm or with docker compose, I would like to understand the different options which we can cause for effective log management, we need to store these logs for an year for analysing.
Please suggest the options, which can be opesource which we can use.
Note that I have not done this so can’t tell you how to set it up, but apparently it can be done by using logspout to route the log output, which could then be routed to ELK (ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana)
Hi, thank for your reply, I would suggest if we can get a course with the details of logging option it would be helpful as an advance course as a part of docker containers.
Thank you for the reply, I checked if I can request for the course, but I am not able to find any option to create a new request.
My requirement is a course which explains Implementation of ELK stack (Elastic stack) on a Docker Swarm, how logs are routed to Elasticsearch using Docker logging drivers, what are the options available.
Hi @sparapuram
Thanks for getting back to us. We have taken up the issue from the site and our concerned team is working on it. The updates will be live on website.
