I did it correct but i don’t know why task got failed. I have saved all deleted and replaced file in given name but i don’t know why it’s failed really confused ? or system issue? Kindly make it clear at all.

Even I am facing the same issue. It asked me to replace string ‘to’ to ‘from’ and I replaced it correctly and verified it as well but the check marked it failed. Please help .
