While working on Linux practice on the Kodekloud Engineer platform, once tasks are started on any of the four levels in it, moving towards completing the given task in the jumphost or the servers like app servers assigned for it. When I execute the vi command on any of the servers, including Jump Host, it immediately gets stuck. I escalated the issue on April 10 to the support team. I got a reply from the team stating, “Please disable the browser’s extension (vim plugin); that may be interrupting the vi editor.” I replied for the same, saying that it cannot be like that as I do not have any such extensions, and vi command execution is working for me when I am doing Kubernetes practice. As of now, I haven’t gotten any reply or update on it. It would be very helpful if that was checked and a solution is provided at the earliest. Thanks.
Can you show a screenshot of it stuck please? Do you know how to use vi?
Please update your Chrome browser to the latest version and turn on the “Graphics acceleration” option and try again.
