I want to use a linux OS to practice devops tools (K8s, Dockers, ansible, terraform) vagrant and concepts seamlessly. Which linux OS is the best to achieve this?

I would suggest Ubuntu. Most of our playgrounds for Docker and Kubernetes are configured on top of Ubuntu. That should make the learning experience easy.
