I have finished the Linux Kernel Parameters … after finishing it show correct value. Still TASK Status failed.

Have you perssited kernel value in /etc/sysctl.conf and enable and start sysctld ?

The correct directory for persisting value will be /etc/sysctl.d/ NOT /etc/sysctl.conf.

As per screenshot the error says systemd-sysctl service is not running, I think you forgot to start this service but it is asked in the question to start this service as well.
