Not sure, TBH. Typically it’s Ubuntu AFAIK, but LF goes pretty far from actually saying that in the exam materials. The official goal is “distribution independence”. You might have a centos node in there perhaps, if only for LF to prove they’re serious about the whole “distribution independence” thing.
