Labs mock exam not working

The mock exams from Ultimate Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) Mock Exam Series | KodeKloud are not working, but the others are working fine, who should we tell this?

@Leonardo-Quatrocchi This should have been fixed now. We have added some more dedicated compute for these exam labs. Please let us know should you still face issues.

This is still a problem. The setup code for questions, the grader code, and even the stability of the terminal are constant issues. Users can help if they have a way to report problems in the labs. I’ve heard at least 3 different things from KodeKloud people on this subject, which is frustrating as well. How can we:

  1. report stability problems in the Mock Exams.
  2. report questionable behavior by the grader code.

Since the questions are randomized, it makes it hard to report problems with individual questions. Some place to flag problem questions would be very helpful, so we don’t have to spam Slack with these issues.
