Labs issue for AWS Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2)

I’m encountering an issue with the online course for Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2). In the Labs training, I’m unable to access the AWS management console with the credentials provided. The error message I receive is “Your authentication information is incorrect. Please try again.”

I’m not sure if it’s a simple mistake on my end, but I could really use some help. Thanks in advance!

On the assumption this is a lab (and not, say, a playground), could you please supply a link to the lab, so I can see what you’re seeing here.
