Details: While creating an instance multiple option has already restricted to created IAM user

Also we want to understand what are the options provided by this subscriptions.
Note: Based in Pro plan provided videos we are trying to implement through lab but we are getting restrictions for most of the options. Kindly schedule the meeting to resolve this issue.
