Lab issue, redirected to the home page

I am redirected to the home page of KodeKloud as soon as I click on “Solution” or from Solution to “Task” while in the lab. Any ideas?

I tried to look for the feedback tool in different labs but it is not available for me. I can use the Windows steps recorder and share the recorded steps. Would it be fine?
