Lab error: No environment defined for scenario

Hello,

I have suddenly started getting a No environment defined for scenario for all labs of the " Labs - Certified Kubernetes Administrator with Practice Tests" course, even the ones I already completed. I believe there is something going on with the underlying system that provides these labs. I have tested on Chrome and Firefox with an anonymous tab to make sure it was not a local issue.

Would you mind taking a look or telling me what I need to do to get this issue resolved? I have a short deadline to get the certificate and these labs are helping me a lot in the preparation.

Just purchased this course and experiencing these errors across practice tests using Chromium-based browser as well as Chrome
