Lab - CKA - Appln Lifecycle Management - Test Secrets - No etcdctl found

This question is out of curiosity. In Lab - CKA - Appln Lifecycle Management - Test Secrets - No etcdctl details found.

  1. I tried looking into /etc/kubernetes it’s not present.
  2. $k get pods -n kube-system → does’t have kube-apiserver nor etcdctl pod running.

What am I missing here. N how is this particular lab session is setup.

The lab is running under Rancher’s K3s distribution, which runs a lot of the core K8s components under its /usr/bin/k3s server. It’s a “distribution” of Kubernetes that’s well suited to a small foot print, as for a lab like this.
