KodeKloud Policy for KodeKloud Engineer tasks

I have added Jenkins for practice in a KodeKloud engineer. I have completed the Level 1,2,3, and Level 4 is just started but I want to practice AWS tasks also, but it’s allowing me to add the AWS but the tasks are not opening. I have reached out to their customer support, and they said my Jenkins tasks are pending. First of all, I need to complete those Jenkins tasks, then I can add other topics.

So, my question to the KodeKloud Community is, is this any policy of KodeKloud that we can’t add other topics if we have not finished the tasks for the added topics? First, we need to complete those tasks, and then we can add.

If yes, then please share any URL for this if available.

Hi @yash1307

You can add up to three domains to your Active Practice page. If you have any incomplete or failed tasks in one domain, you won’t be able to start tasks in the other domains.

To proceed, complete the pending tasks, or temporarily remove the domain with incomplete or failed tasks and add a new domain that has no failed tasks.
