My access to KK Engineering is limited, but I was able to create an instance similar to this in the Playground; the one thing I could not do is create a storage size of 5GiB, since 20GiB is the lower limit allowed. I did not have a problem with the AZ coverage.
Since I don’t have the needed access to KK Engineering, I’m not sure if my attempt would pass or not. YMMV
