Hello Team, shall one go for CKA exam if he scores medium in killer.sh in second attempt?
You have the killer environment for 36 hours. Use those hours - reset the test and do it again - and again.
Try to avoid looking at the solutions too soon. Note the questions you were weak on and work out why - revise those sections.
See also this.
I could not get enough time to attempt all the questions in killer.sh mock. There were 25 questions and had to be solved in 2 hours.
That’s why you should repeat the test.
You are aiming for 90% score and complete all questions in the time
I have reviewed the solutions and attempted the remaining ones within the activated time limit of 36 hours, unfortunately time got exceeded for killer and no sessions are available now.
Why were you running out of time? Is it because you had to think too hard about the questions, or because you couldn’t get the stuff done in vi fast enough?
I think questions were a bit lengthy…thats what i observed and I was a bit slow for it.
Killer is meant to be harder than real exam. Real exam usually not more than 20 questions.
You need to practice your speed. Redo mock exams / lightning labs lots of times. You should solve them faster than instructor.
Make sure you use imperative commands where possible ( with --dry-run=client -o yaml) to get manifests that can then be edited to meet question requirements.
Know sufficient vi tricks to be quick with that.
If you know mostly what the schema is for pods, deployments PV, PVC etc is, then kubectl explain
can be faster than docs.
Make use of autocomplete for kubectl, which is installed in our labs and exam terminal
mostly i followed these tricks. kubectl explain is the only one I didnt use.
Directly messaged you in your chatbox, could you check please?
