Kernel vs Ubuntu Distro

Say installing an Ubuntu, will that also includes the Kernel when you install it?

Hi @echanobe

Linux is a kernel that interfaces with the CPU, memory, and hardware. Ubuntu, on the other hand, is a Linux distribution that includes a user interface, package managers, and additional tools for ease of use.

So yes, when you install Ubuntu or any other Unix-like OS distro, the Linux kernel will come bundled with it. For more info, you can refer to our guide here.
