I’ve been an active subscriber for the past 4 years and was surprised to discover that this course isn’t included in my yearly subscription.
My next renewal isn’t until 2026, so I’m confused about the situation.
Could you please clarify why I don’t have access to this content despite being a long-term member?*
Not sure why you would have difficulty accessing the KCSA course – it only requires a standard subscription, so any subscription with us should suffice. You may want to ask at [email protected] to see if they can loosen this up for you.
