I am facing issues while downloading Jenkins plugins. The terminal is unresponsive and goes to frozen state. Anyone knows how to fix this. I tried multiple times after clearing cache and also in incognito mode. It is not working.

Are you making the jenkins course, in engineer or playground ? When I’m was making the jenkis course I also had some plugins not working because of the jenkins version installed in the container. If you are working in the course, check that if that’s your problem. Then contact the Kodekloud support team if that’s your case. In my case, when I was working in the course the jenkis versions was updated in a couple of days.
