jenkins labs are not working
This seems to be a known issue with Jenkins that relate to cookies . I’m not sure how to keep this from recurring, but the fix appears to be deleting cookies for that domain and link.

try a different browser
If the cache is fine on the second browser, that will help. But the cause of Error 431 is an oversized cookie, which is why my fix works.
