I have tried to install ntp package works fine and config file also there in client os all the app server
it seems like class ‘ntpconfig’ is not defined properly in cluster.pp on puppet master i.e Jump Server

As per my knowledge, In the task description clearly mentioned it. You don’t need to create other manifest file expect cluster.pp. That’s why task marked as failed. You have to define in single manifest file.
