Issue with my kodekloud account since 22 of March

I have an issue with my account or access to kodekloud plateform since the 22 of March. Since then I am no more able to access the plateform and continue with the kubestronauth path that I have started. May be it is not the right place, but if I am writting here it is because there is no more answer from the support. I sent a first email to kodekloud support ([email protected]) on the 22 of March, the support answer and proposed me a solution and If I am not mistaking the support told me that the issue will be fixed just after the 31rst of March. Since March 31st, I haven’t heard anything back. I even sent email reminders, but nothing. So I don’t know if there’s a specific issue with support or how to proceed. Please, does anyone have any ideas on an alternative way to contact support other than their email address? Because I’m stuck right now, even though I’m on the kubestraunot course (I’ve already passed the CKA, CKAD, and CKS exams). Plus, I’ve been a member of this platform since 2019.

Sorry for the length of the text; I’m just trying to be as detailed as possible and to find a solution.

Thanks in advance for your answers.

I have nudged the support team. Hopefully they will get back to you.

If you already hold valid CKA, CKAD and CKS, you don’t need the kubestronaut course - just sit the KCNA and KCSA, they are quite easy. I appeared for them both on the same day.

Thanks @Alistair_KodeKloud for your quick answer and your help. Thank you also for your advice on the KCNA and KCSA; it’s very encouraging to hear it. Yes, I just took the CKS in March, and luckily I prepared for it with the platform just before this issue with my account.
Regarding access to the platform, it’s not just about taking the KCNA and KCSA exams, but it’s a very good platform; that’s why I’ve been a member since 2019. I plan to continue learning more and taking other certifications.

Thanks again for this quick reaction.

Just an update. I received an email from support, and the situation is being addressed by the support team.

Thanks again for your help.
