Issue with Initialize Respo's Q.NO:4

Hello All,

I’m unable to complete the task "Let’s add a file to our project inside /home/sarah/story-blog

File name: lion-and-mouse.txt

File content: A Lion lay asleep in the forest" which is in the lab Initialize git repo’s Q:No:4 tried multiple ways to get it worked which resulted in vain. Could you please help me out?
