Hello ,
I am trying to open AWS sagemaker through AWS AI sagemaker playground . But if you notice from the snap, there is no user profile in the drop down and if i click on the domain to add user profile its refreshing the same dashboard . So without it i cant spin up sagemaker studio if correct !
Can you help me if i am missing something ?

I’m not sure exactly what you’re doing, so I can’t replicate your problem. What I was able to do is create a notebook with SageMaker, although I had to fight a bit with the UI. If you can give me a step-by-step of what you tried to do, I can pass that to our AWS team and make sure that the necessary permissions are there.
if you notice my pics , i spin up the playground went to aws sagemaker studio . There is see two domain enteries were already present. Unsure why, i was thinking i would need to create the domain and user. If considering this default domain it doesn’t have any user to associate here. And if i try to create the new user its not working or even i try my existing user that is also not working. This is what i have tried .
Please let me know if any mistake from my side .
Still waiting for a response. I’m skeptical it’s actually supposed to be allowed, though – most “studio” type products in AWS are not.

It defeats my purpose to even subscribing to the paid version to learn aws sagemaker studio.
I’ve confirmed, however, that we don’t support sagemaker studio in the playground. The playground is limited to keep its pricing affordable, and to make sure that our network stays secure. So some things won’t be in the playground.

I suspect that the Jupyter related tasks are possible within the framework of the playground. The studio we don’t support, but there’s a lot of addition things in Sagemaker that you can try. If you have trouble with any of them, write them up and I’ll give them a look as you see them.
