Issue faced during CKA exam

During my exam yesterday, the session was paused because the proctor was unable to view my camera stream. However, everything was functioning correctly on my end, and I experienced no technical issues with the camera. Despite this, the proctor suggested I raise a ticket to address the matter. I have raised ticket to Linux support. There is no revert from their end.
Did anybody face same issue. Please anyone suggest what should be the next step

Please understand that these types of problems can occur due to various factors involved in the exam process. Since you’ve already submitted a ticket through the Linux Foundation portal, please note that responses typically take up to three business days.

In most cases, candidates are allowed to retake the exam if they encounter significant technical issues.
