Issue accessing KodeKloud Labs and CKA Mock Exams

Hello,

I am experiencing a recurring issue with KodeKloud labs, especially the CKA Mock Exams.

After I complete one lab or mock exam, I am often unable to open any other labs afterward. The platform either does not load the lab at all or gets stuck, making it impossible to continue. This issue has been happening frequently recently and is significantly affecting my preparation.

I have attached a screenshot for reference.

This is also happening for other courses/playgrounds.

Could you please look into this issue or advise on how to resolve it?

I assume this is the regular Mock Exam 3 for CKA, correct? I tried this about an hour ago, and it worked for me. So this may have been an intermittent error. Please try again; let’s see if it’s working now.

Now it’s working, the guys from kodekloud support confirmed that technical team took some actions and it started working.
This has been happening intermittently for several weeks.
Hope it will work properly now.
