Issue Accessing Free Labs for Udemy CKA Course (Prompted to Upgrade)

I recently purchased the “Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) with Practice Tests” course on Udemy.

According to the course instructions, the hands-on labs hosted on KodeKloud should be completely free for Udemy students. I followed the provided link (Course | KodeKloud) and registered using the exact same name as my Udemy profile, as instructed.

However, when I try to access the labs, the platform shows an “UPGRADE PLAN TO ENROLL” button instead of granting me access. It seems the system is not recognizing my Udemy purchase.

Could you please look into this and help me get access to the course labs? I have attached a screenshot of the page for your reference.

First, please read our guide so you know how to access your labs from Udemy – it could be more obvious, but mainly:

  1. You need to be logged into kodekloud.com.
  2. You use links from your Udemy lectures to access the labs.

For whatever reason, you can’t search for your labs from the KodeKloud.com Courses search page. That’s not a bug, I’m told anyway  But as long as you’re logged into you KodeKloud.com using the same email as you used to log into Udemy, it should work.
