Thank you @unnivkn for your reply. I have a french keyboard, therefore, I have some difficulty entering commands. To fix that I change the layout to english but it will be better if I can use my french keyboard.

If the subject concern the keyboard no need to change anything, indeed if you have selected the correct country during the exam schedule your keyboard settings will be in French
