As someone in the US that is ready to move out of my current performance testing role for 2 years from a consulting firm (its draining me with late night calls all the time), I am looking to move into a more infrastructure role, however I keep hearing that I need to still start focusing on Leetcode to even get further in interviews which I thought only applied to Software Engineers. How true is that? I am currently trying to put more efforts into deep diving AWS through KodeKloud but if I am to get another role how much effort do I need to put towards leetcode questions?
I have not heard of leetcode required for an ops or devops roles.
You won’t get away from late night calls though. Infrastructure also has to run 24-7.
