Is KodeKloud/Udemy enough for the CKAD exam?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently preparing for the CKAD exam using the KodeKloud course on Udemy:

https://ibm-learning.udemy.com/course/certified-kubernetes-application-developer

I have a few questions for people who have taken the exam recently.

  1. Is this course (including the Lightning Labs and Mock Exams) enough to pass the CKAD exam?
  2. Are the Lightning Labs and Mock Exams similar in difficulty to the actual CKAD exam, or is the real exam more difficult?
  3. Would you recommend practicing with additional hands-on labs or mock exams from other sources before taking the exam? If so, which ones?
  4. I heard that it’s possible to use an external monitor during the exam. If that’s true, are wireless peripherals such as a Bluetooth keyboard and Bluetooth mouse also allowed?

I’d really appreciate any advice or suggestions from recent test takers.

Thank you!

Once you complete the course and all the Mock Exams. You should be ready for the exam.
In addition to Colrse and Mock exams, you will get 2 attempts of Killer.sh sessions with the purchase of CKAD Exam, that resembles the actual exam environment, and it’s a bit tougher than KK and real exams.

For question 4, please read all of this.
