IPtables installation and configuration failure

IPtables installation and configuration task failed for me on one of the servers(as per the error message).

However, through LB, I am able to reach the host. Could someone please help ?

I am also facing the same issue for this task.

I reported this 2 times in task review and tried multiple times, but still the same validation error I am getting.
