Install and Configure Nginx as an LBR task not getting marked as complete

I have completed this task many times but its still not getting counted in 100 Days of Devops

below are the screenshots which confirms the task completed successfully but see last image where the status still show Start

The issue is resolved now, task marked completed after a fresh attempt.
