as per the status mariadb is running and also i am able to access the db from all the three app servers and able to load wordpress site as well.

if failed can you share the error message .
Did you make sure mariabd is started up without any errrors

I started mysql service only instead of mariadb service.
may be this is the miss here.
Could you please re-assign the task if possible from your end.
I am currently do not have any task assigned for now.
