Install and Configure DB Server not showing database name and username

Hi,
I’m not getting the database name that needs to be created, the task is displaying only {{ DB_NAME }} and same goes to the user which shows {{ DB_USER }}. I have added the screenshot for the reference.
PLZ help ASAP

@Inderpreet @Ayman The details are now being displayed, but the now issue is that, WordPress is not installed. There is no wpconfig file in /data and also 80 port shows apache test page
