This is almost certainly due to your local firewall blocking some part of what it takes to run Vimeo videos (which is what we use). Here’s vimeo’s troubleshooting page. Please try what the page tells you to do; it should help.
It’s not vedio resume , vedios are not at all starting simply showing error.
I tried with different systems by logging in and with different wifi. But still not playing
