Az400 and I’m just trying to take access to azure DevOps and not able to create organisation. Want to practice azure DevOps.

Hello raymond I hope you’re fine …I am also facing this issue and I am not able to create Azure DevOps organization in Cloud (Azure) Level-2 Task no. 10.
Kindly solve this issue at earliest. Thanks
