IAM User not getting created

Hello,

I have started AWS playground and after logging in onto console.
I am unable to create IAM user with certain policies added to the IAM role.

can you help me understand this better about limitations that apply for aws playground.

Is this related to some lab you are trying? if yes, could you share the link?

KodeKloud playground IAM policies for a user are a bit restrictive due to security and cost concerns.
