IAM permissions issue and it happens a lot when creating EKS via console/CLI

after disabling the auto mode i tried to create it but am getting this below error
User: arn:aws:iam::015800952737:user/kk_labs_user_696324 is not authorized to perform: iam:PassRole on resource: arn:aws:iam::015800952737:role/create-eks-policy_rol because no identity-based policy allows the iam:PassRole action

a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; }

user does not have permissionto do iam:PassRole on that role. could you please guide me how ro cerate eks manual or aws cli
